Not even a week after my sister and brother in law had their baby girl, we headed back down to Corpus to celebrate Thanksgiving with them. My mom was spending the week with them, so we had a small but very nice Thanksgiving at Julie and Jarrett’s place.
After our great meal, Hudson needed to burn off some energy outside. Luckily the tennis court in their complex is nearby and fenced in, so we could let Hudson loose to do whatever he wanted too….and that made him happy :)
We had to get our mixed family picture since the rivalry is changing…. :(
Our energized little man after bathtime
After the football game, Jon and Jarrett were needing some leftovers to snack on so they pulled out the turkey legs. Aren’t they cute….
Hudson was actually paying some attention to Finleigh and was trying to gently “pat” her like he does to Kaiser
One of H’s favorite spots to play was inside their ottoman. It was fine with us….at least he was contained for a short while!
Mom, Jarrett and Julie babysat Hudson for us so we could have a night out with our good friends Joe and Vanessa who also live in Corpus. Hudson had some good snuggles and book time with Uncle Jarrett
Finleigh’s first tummy time!
Before leaving on Sunday we took Hudson to a nearby park that had a duck pond. We talk about ducks a lot and make the quacking noise when we play with his bath toys, so it was cute to see him watch the real live ducks. It was a really fun little morning at the park.
