Wow...I knew it would be hard to find time to post to the blog once I went back to work, but I had no idea that I would let myself get a whole month behind! It would be easy to just skip over the past month and start posting all the Christmas pics to get up to date, but since I am going to print the blog into a book for Hudson's baby book, I really don't want to skip over all the things he's doing and the pictures of him changing and growing. So, to help me from getting overwhelmed with catching up, I'm just going to tackle December a little bit at a time. So here's the first part of the month...
Daniel, Casey and her mom Judy were in Austin for Thanksgiving and they were able to come by to meet Hudson. It was great to see them for a quick visit!
Dinner with the Foreman siblings....Kenny and Janey were in town from California and we had dinner with them, Patrick, Rebecca and Kirk at Salt Lick and then later that week our friends Ryan and Maria came over to meet Hudson
Jon and I like wine a lot but both want to try more and so we bought several bottles and he cooked us a great dinner and we had a "wine tasting" night. It was a fun date night in after Hudson went to sleep.
Big Head...Tight Hat--Man this dude has a big head! The first time I tried to put this hat on him a couple months ago it swallowed his head and now I could barely get it on...hehe

We have a Baby Bjorn and I like it okay, but our friend Briana told me about the Moby Wrap so I got one and both myself and Hudson seem to like it better. He prefers to be in it facing outward and sometimes he'll fall asleep while in it. It has been nice to be hands free to cook dinner or do chores while he's in it.
Giving Kaiser and Boots some lovin' so they don't feel like Hudson has stolen the show completely...Little did we know Spencer would be making his way home the very next night!

Playing with hands all the time and making fists a lot too and he's a happy boy after his bath.
He loves it when we put his feet up in his face. He smiles really big and sometimes gives us a giggle too
Fun Hudson Faces
This was a day or two after Spencer came home. You can see Kaiser really wants to pounce on him. Spencer also was anxiously trying to make his way back into our bedroom which used to be his "lion's den" as we called it. Too bad for Spencer that Boots has taken over that turf in his absence, and she is not in the mood to start sharing that room with him again just yet!
