My cousin Aaron got married in San Angelo on New Year's Day, so we got up Saturday morning after a late late night at Seth and Taryn's New Year's Eve party and drove home for the wedding. Mom had a nice lunch at her place before hand, and we got to exchange Christmas gifts with Julie and Jarrett. Then we had a great time at the wedding. We have a big family (my mom is the oldest of 5 girls and there are 11 grand-kids and 4 great-grandkids). The whole family was there minus my one cousin and one husband. It was neat to have the whole gang together and even crazier to realize that my cousins are growing up and getting married! Hudson was such a trooper for the wedding. Mom and Gene were totally willing to leave the reception and take Hudson home but he was awake, alert and happy. He stayed up and danced with us and had a great time at his first wedding! Sunday my mom and her sisters put together a bruch to celebrate Mimi's upcoming 75th birthday. Then on our way out of town we got to spend some time visiting the Lewright gang and Jana who was in town from Arizona. Phew...what a blast we had but we sure were EXHAUSTED by the time we got back home Sunday!
The three of us slow dancing together :)
How adorable are my Mimi and Papa!?
Cousins! Look at that TALL family and then there's shorty Sarah and Julie!
