Thanksgiving in Boerne

This year we went to Boerne to spend Thanksgiving with Jon's family. We enjoyed a wonderful meal and had a great time relaxing with his parents for a couple of days!

Jon's dad has horses and he has just built this barn all by himself!! I am so impressed with his handiwork!

His parents have some gigantic trees in their yard...here's one of the monsters!

We celebrated Jon's sister Marna's birthday while there and Peggy made an awesome chocolate cake from scratch with a homemade ganauche filling...yummy!

Friday night before heading home we went to Dickens on Main...it's where they shut down main street and all the shops stay open late. It was very fun...I just love all the cute shops in down town Boerne.

One of my favorite stores that I always find something cute to buy!
